Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repair follow-up, cost tracking, and reporting to minimize downtime and support vehicle availability.

- المسؤوليات:


  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and periodic servicing.
  • Follow up with workshops, garages, dealerships, and spare parts suppliers.
  • Review and compare repair quotations, spare parts prices, and estimated completion times.
  • Monitor vehicles under maintenance and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records in Odoo.
  • Prepare and update reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Track maintenance costs, repair history, mileage, and upcoming service requirements.
  • Verify completed repairs and follow up on repeated faults or warranty cases.
  • Coordinate with Operations and other departments regarding vehicle availability.
  • Support the use of AI, automation, and digital tools to improve reporting, tracking, and operational efficiency.
