Job Purpose:

Wazifni announces the following vacancy as part of its recruitment services on behalf of a medical center based in Damascus: To provide patients with prompt, professional support and ensure easy access to the medical center’s services.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments according to medical center procedures.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, physicians, clinic hours, and appointment requirements.
  • Verify and update patient information in the system to ensure accurate records.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare staff.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reminders, and service-related requests when required.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all applicable healthcare policies and standards.
