Job Purpose:

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring for Telesales and Call Center positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms. The Recruiter also prepares recruitment reports, maintains accurate hiring records, and supports HR activities such as onboarding, orientation, training, and offboarding processes to ensure effective talent acquisition and workforce support.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all assigned vacancies, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Source candidates for diverse profiles, specifically, Telesales Agents and Call Center staff, ensuring hiring Sales are met.
  • Use your expertise in local Syrian job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to find the best candidates.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports (pipeline status, time-to-hire, and more).
  • Support the wider HR function in training, employee orientation, onboarding, and off boarding processes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital records of CVs, interview notes, and recruitment files.
