The Recruiter will act as a market expert for the Syrian labor landscape, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates and providing data-driven insights to improve hiring processes.

Source candidates for diverse profiles, specifically, Telesales Agents and Call Center staff, ensuring hiring Sales are met.
Use your expertise in local Syrian job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to find the best candidates.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports (pipeline status, time-to-hire, and more).
Support the wider HR function in training, employee orientation, onboarding, and off boarding processes as needed.
Maintain accurate and organized digital records of CVs, interview notes, and recruitment files.
