The Interior Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and following up on interior fit-out works to ensure that projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Review interior design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare and follow up on material submittals and shop drawings when required.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Supervise site activities related to interior fit-out works.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare progress reports and update project records
Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
