The Logistics Operations Coordinator supports the automotive business by coordinating vehicle allocation, inventory visibility, sales administration, order processing, delivery execution, and performance reporting. The role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Logistics, Product Planning, Finance, Showrooms, and Fleet Sales to ensure efficient vehicle distribution, accurate sales records, and timely customer deliveries across Syria.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily sales operations, including quotations, vehicle reservations, order processing, and sales documentation.
Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, pricing, inventory, and order information in CRM and ERP systems.
Coordinate vehicle allocation and stock availability across warehouses, stockyards, branches, and showrooms.
Monitor vehicle inventory levels, stock ageing, and allocation status, and provide regular reports to management.
Coordinate customer orders from booking through final delivery, ensuring timely order fulfillment and required documentation.
Track and coordinate vehicle movements and transfers between warehouses, branches, showrooms, and customer delivery locations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports, including key performance indicators and delivery status.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Product Planning, Marketing, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
Support customers, dealers, fleet, and government accounts with vehicle availability, order status, documentation, and delivery coordination.
Maintain CRM data integrity and support improvements to sales operations, inventory visibility, and order fulfillment processes.
