Job Purpose
To manage and verify employer and talent onboarding, ensuring accurate and high-quality job postings across Wazifni and community channels. To communicate, adjust, and escalate cases as needed to maintain operational standards. To support talent acquisition through external sourcing while enhancing overall platform data integrity.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Check employer joining request, make contact to complete registration with the most suitable plan.
Check Wazifni’s Job posts requests, make required adjustments if needed, and complete posting process.
Check joined talents data, make contact, adjustments and restoring if needed.
Check Employer profile edits, reach them out for further information if needed.
Check and make decision about Wazifni job post adjustments.
Conduct employer onboarding process, ensuring all expected outputs are successfully delivered.
