Job Purpose:

Responsible for creating a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and customers while managing front desk operations efficiently. The role includes handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, supporting administrative activities, and maintaining an organized reception area. Additionally, the Receptionist is responsible for receiving and following up on customer orders, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery, managing after-sales support processes, and preparing periodic reports, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and guests professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Receive and follow up on customer orders and requests.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
