- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with international leads through phone, email, and online channels.
Present the company's medical services and treatment options to prospective clients.
Qualify leads and convert inquiries into confirmed patients.
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, agencies, and international clients.
Prepare quotations and coordinate treatment plans with internal medical teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
