Job Purpose:

Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in automotive retail and showroom sales. Skilled in customer engagement, vehicle demonstrations, CRM management, and achieving sales targets. Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle, build long-term customer relationships, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Proficient in sales reporting tools with strong communication skills and fluency in English, with preferred bilingual communication in Arabic.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Handle all inbound leads and showroom visits.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets including volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Conduct needs analysis, vehicle demonstrations, and upselling.
  • Manage the end-to-end vehicle sale process including documentation.
  • Act as the brand representative and uphold brand image and standards.
  • Customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Maintain CRM records, ensure follow-ups, and customer satisfaction post-sale.
