Job Purpose:

Senior IT & Network Engineer — Lead and maintain YallaGo’s on‑site IT infrastructure and networks; ensure availability, security, and performance; troubleshoot systems; manage user access and devices; mentor junior IT staff.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and internal technical operations
  • Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize servers, networks, connectivity, and internal IT services.
  • Manage and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, access points, and network security tools.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security across the company’s IT environment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and access controls.
  • Implement backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and security best practices.
  • Oversee office IT equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, and IP phones.
  • Handle complex technical escalations and provide advanced user support.
  • Mentor junior IT team members and contribute to process and infrastructure improvements.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

  • Education Degree: Bachelor
  • Education Specification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences

    Years Of Experience: 5 years
  • Leadership Experience Required
