Job Purpose:

To lead the development and high-level customization of the Odoo platform to align with the company’s technical operations. The primary focus is building custom modules and managing the end-to-end migration and integration of legacy customer data into the Odoo ecosystem.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop custom Odoo modules using Python and the OWL framework
  • Ensuring full compatibility with the latest versions (up to v19)
  • Architect and execute complex data migration scripts to export/import customer records from legacy systems while maintaining data relational integrity
  • Customize Odoo workflows, models, and UI components to meet specific technical business requirements
  • Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and Odoo server-side logic for scalability
