The Senior Quality Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure operational excellence, risk reduction, and compliance with industry standards. The role drives continuous improvement, leads CAPA processes, and partners with cross‑functional teams to embed quality into daily operations and support the company’s rapid growth.

- المسؤوليات:


  • Develop, maintain, and improve the organization-wide QMS, including standards, documentation, and governance
  • Implement a risk-based quality approach to proactively identify and prevent issues
  • Lead CAPA processes with strong root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving
  • Define, track, and report quality KPIs to identify trends and drive measurable improvements
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure alignment with ISO and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows and enhance process consistency
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to teams on quality practices and documentation
  • Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented and sustained across departments
