The Warranty & PDI Engineer is responsible for managing warranty claims, overseeing Pre-Delivery Inspection activities, and providing technical support for heavy equipment and industrial machinery. The role ensures compliance with OEM standards, accurate technical diagnosis and reporting, and effective coordination with internal departments and OEM representatives to support equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage warranty claims according to OEM policies and standards.
Conduct and oversee PDI activities for heavy equipment and industrial machinery.
Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot systems, and perform root cause analysis.
Coordinate with Service, Parts, Sales, Logistics, and OEM representatives.
Maintain accurate warranty, PDI, technical records, and reports.
Provide technical support to internal teams supporting equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
