Job Purpose:

Manage and oversee the company’s daily financial operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role supports budgeting, financial analysis, and decision-making processes, in addition to handling administrative and basic HR functions. The Accountant / Finance & Admin Officer plays a key role in maintaining organized financial records, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the overall business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily accounting operations (invoicing, expenses, reconciliations)
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
  • Track cash flow and provide financial reports
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
  • Support basic HR tasks (payroll coordination, employee records)
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed
