The role drives operational excellence across service, parts, warranty, field support, and customer experience, aligning with both business and OEM standards.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage full After Sales financial performance and drive revenue from services, parts, and contracts.
Ensure all operations meet OEM requirements, including processes, reporting, and technical updates.
Implement preventive maintenance and improve response time, first-time fix rate, and equipment availability.
Oversee workshops and field service operations, ensuring efficient processes and high productivity.
Optimize inventory levels, manage warranty claims, and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
