Job Purpose:

The Architecture Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural aspects of T Group’s hospitality, tourism, residential, and investment projects. The role ensures that all designs align with the company’s vision, brand standards, sustainability goals, regulatory requirements, and project timelines while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and design documentation for new projects, renovations, and expansions in line with T Group’s development strategy.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and landscape teams to ensure integrated and functional project execution.
  • Monitor on-site architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and company standards.
  • Support cost estimation processes, review material selections, and recommend value engineering solutions without compromising design quality.
