The Art Director is responsible for developing and overseeing the visual style and creative direction of the company's brand, marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and digital content. The role ensures that all visual communications are creative, consistent with brand guidelines, and aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the overall visual identity and creative direction of the brand.
Lead the design and execution of creative campaigns across digital, print, social media, and other marketing channels.
Create and review concepts, layouts, graphics, and visual materials.
Ensure all creative work is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and quality standards.
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
Provide creative direction and guidance to graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative team members.
Review and approve artwork and final designs before publication or production.
Stay updated with current design trends, industry developments, and creative technologies.
Manage multiple creative projects and ensure they are completed on time.
Coordinate with external agencies, printers, production companies, and other suppliers when required.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to support business and marketing goals.
