The Driver Operations Specialist is responsible for growing, onboarding, and supporting YallaGo’s ambassador network to ensure sufficient driver availability and reliable service quality across operating locations. The role monitors driver activity, performance, retention, and vehicle compliance while coordinating with the operations team to meet daily demand and platform targets.

Recruit, communicate with, and onboard ambassadors interested in working with their own vehicles.
Conduct training sessions on the YallaGo application, operating procedures, service standards, and performance expectations.
Follow up daily with ambassadors to monitor availability, activity levels, attendance, and overall performance.
Maintain healthy driver supply levels across locations and coordinate coverage during peak hours and high-demand periods.
Monitor driver engagement and retention, identify reasons for inactivity, and take appropriate follow-up actions.
Review service quality, address driver performance concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Inspect and follow up on vehicle condition, maintain accurate operational records, and prepare performance reports and insights for the operations team.
