Job Purpose:

Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repair follow-up, cost tracking, and reporting to minimize downtime and support vehicle availability.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and periodic servicing.
Follow up with workshops, garages, dealerships, and spare parts suppliers.
Review and compare repair quotations, spare parts prices, and estimated completion times.
Monitor vehicles under maintenance and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records in Odoo.
Prepare and update reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
Track maintenance costs, repair history, mileage, and upcoming service requirements.
Verify completed repairs and follow up on repeated faults or warranty cases.
Coordinate with Operations and other departments regarding vehicle availability.
Support the use of AI, automation, and digital tools to improve reporting, tracking, and operational efficiency.
