Job Purpose:

To analyze and optimize business processes and Insurance Management Systems in a healthcare setting, translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements to drive operational efficiency and support strategic business goals in an Agile environment.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, BPMN diagrams, and other visual models, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
  • Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
  • Define the scope of work and deliver technical documents such as SRS (Software Requirements Specification), BRD (Business Requirements Document), and SDS (System Design Specification).
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.

  • Education Degree: Bachelor
  • Education Specification: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
