Frontend Developer designs and delivers secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications for the Health Claim Management Solution, enabling seamless user experiences for healthcare providers and insurers across the UAE and KSA. This role develops modern Angular and/or React interfaces, integrates securely with cloud-native microservices, and ensures responsive, accessible, and compliant frontend solutions that support complex healthcare workflows and regional data privacy requirements.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using Angular (latest versions) and/or React with Next.js, aligned with approved wireframes, UI mockups, and design systems.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate user stories and design artifacts into secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend code.
Integrate frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs, gRPC, or GraphQL, with a strong focus on error handling, caching, authentication, and graceful degradation.
Implement robust authentication and authorization flows using Keycloak (or similar OIDC/OAuth2 providers), ensuring secure session management, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance with healthcare data privacy standards.
Optimize frontend performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, efficient state management, and audit-driven improvements (Lighthouse, Web Vitals).
Participate in the full development lifecycle within Azure DevOps: manage work items, contribute to sprint planning, write unit/integration tests, conduct code reviews, and support CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure high code quality and maintainability through consistent coding standards, automated testing (Jest, Cypress, etc.), proper documentation, and modular architecture (e.g., micro frontends where applicable).
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues across browsers and devices, including post-deployment bugs, security vulnerabilities, and integration failures.
Stay current with frontend ecosystem trends and proactively recommend improvements in tooling, architecture, or user experience.
