Job Purpose:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, screen, and select top-tier talent. This role requires a strong focus on high-volume recruitment for vital company department. The Recruiter will act as a market expert for the Syrian labor landscape, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates and providing data-driven insights to improve hiring processes.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all assigned vacancies, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Source candidates for diverse profiles, specifically, Telesales Agents and Call Center staff, ensuring hiring Sales are met.
  • Use your expertise in local Syrian job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to find the best candidates.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports (pipeline status, time-to-hire, and more).
  • Support the wider HR function in training, employee orientation, onboarding, and off boarding processes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital records of CVs, interview notes, and recruitment files.
