Job Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive feasibility studies, building dynamic financial models, evaluating investment opportunities, managing portfolio reporting, and supporting the Investment Committee operations.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Prepare feasibility studies, build financial models from scratch in Excel, and evaluate projects using standard scoring models
  • Calculate and interpret IRR, NPV, Payback, MOIC, and Break-even points.
  • Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis (Optimistic/Expected/Pessimistic) and develop risk matrices.
  • Leverage AI tools for modeling and reporting under strict human verification.
  • Update portfolio files and prepare quarterly performance reports comparing actuals vs. projections.
  • Organize Investment Committee meetings, prepare meeting packs 5 days in advance, and track decision implementation.
  • Manage automated documentation, track conflict-of-interest disclosures, and maintain strict data confidentiality.

  • Education Degree: Bachelor
  • Education Specification: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Management
