Job Summary:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors
• Greet visitors and clients and inform the related managers upon their arrival
• Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls
• Confirm interview appointments and refer candidates to the HR Department
• Handle incoming mail registration, sorting and distribution and keep records of the outgoing mail
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
• Answer general inquiries and provide information about the organization.
• Pay attention to suspicious people and activities and report to her direct manager.
• Handle administrative tasks assigned to her by direct manager.
• Schedule and confirm upper management appointments, and manage calendars according to priorities set by the direct manager.
-Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
