Job Purpose:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth across the company's automotive and heavy equipment brands. The role ensures consistent brand positioning, effective campaign management, digital marketing performance, event execution, and customer relationship initiatives while aligning with OEM standards and organizational sales objectives. The Marketing Manager oversees marketing budgets, evaluates return on investment, and collaborates closely with sales, after-sales, corporate teams, and external partners to maximize market presence and commercial success. The role also supports the promotion of vehicles, heavy equipment, and industrial solutions through targeted marketing activities, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer-focused engagement programs.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual plans to support business growth, sales targets, and brand objectives.
  • Manage and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and promotional channels, ensuring effective lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Maintain consistent brand positioning and ensure compliance with corporate and OEM brand guidelines across all marketing activities.
  • Plan and coordinate product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, demonstrations, and other marketing events to enhance market presence and customer awareness.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing activities, including website management, social media, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, campaign performance, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track expenditures, and evaluate return on investment to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, OEM partners, agencies, and suppliers to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of business objectives.
