To lead and manage the Parts & Stores operations for construction vehicles and heavy equipment, ensuring optimal inventory planning, high availability of critical parts, effective stock control, and full compliance with OEM guidelines. The role is responsible for accurate demand forecasting, timely OEM ordering, pricing alignment with the DXB regional team, and efficient warehouse operations to support up-time-driven service delivery.

Manage the overall Parts & Stores operations for construction vehicles and heavy equipment, ensuring efficient parts availability and smooth warehouse performance.
Plan and forecast spare parts demand based on consumption trends, equipment population, maintenance schedules, and historical data.
Maintain optimal inventory levels for critical, fast-moving, slow-moving, aging, obsolete, and high-value parts to improve availability and reduce dead stock.
Manage OEM parts ordering, including part number validation, order placement, shipment tracking, backorder follow-up, and coordination with OEM, service, technical, and DXB teams.
Ensure pricing alignment with OEM guidelines and DXB regional policies, including cost updates, discount structures, promotions, and margin control.
Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, binning, storage, picking, issuing, returns, loading/unloading, stock accuracy, and damage prevention.
Implement SOPs, stock audits, cycle counts, ERP data controls, team supervision, and KPI reporting for fill rate, inventory accuracy, aging stock, turnover, and order lead time.
