The People Operations Officer ensures that all people-related systems run with simplicity, accuracy, and clarity. This role manages onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and documentation—all while creating a seamless internal experience that supports high-performing teams.

- المسؤوليات:


  • Manage onboarding (logistics, system access, welcome flow)
  • Maintain accurate employee records (digital + legal)
  • Track probation, anniversaries, and contract renewals (top of market)
  • Improve and maintain people operations tools and templates
  • Provide clear answers to employee operational queries
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security
  • Support handovers and offboarding with professionalism
  • 360 analysis support
