Job Purpose:

The Pharmaceutical Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing technical support and customer service for the company's internal pharmacy system. The role involves handling client inquiries, resolving technical issues, maintaining accurate medical data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient system performance and customer satisfaction.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Handle client issues and complaints via phone calls, ticketing system, and live chat.
  • Provide technical support and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and analyze data using spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel).
  • Maintain and update medical data in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance company systems and workflows.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems or healthcare/pharmacy-related systems is preferred.
