Job Purpose:

Promotes the app to users and partner merchants, explains discount offers and points system, and encourages active engagement and sign-ups. Builds awareness of deals, supports user onboarding, and helps increase app usage and customer retention through effective communication and outreach.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Promote the discounts and loyalty app to customers and merchants
  • Explain how the points and rewards system works
  • Encourage users to download and register on the app
  • Assist new users with basic onboarding and app usage
  • Distribute promotional materials and offers
  • Increase awareness of ongoing deals and campaigns
  • Collect user feedback and report it to the team
  • Support growth of active users and merchant partnerships
