Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by acquiring and managing restaurant partnerships, expanding BeeOrder’s network, and building strong relationships with partners to ensure successful collaboration, increased sales performance, and an exceptional customer experience.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new restaurant partners within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and connect with restaurant decision-makers to present BeeOrder’s value proposition.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to contract closure and onboarding support.
  • Conduct field visits and cold calls to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong knowledge of the local F&B market and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and account management teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
  • Negotiate favorable agreements that create long-term value for both parties.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market feedback.
  • Participate in local events and promotional activities to represent BeeOrder.
  • Ensure accurate collection and timely upload of restaurant photos and menu details.

  • Education Degree: Bachelor
  • Education Specification: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Management
  • Field Of Experience: Sales, Food Delivery, Technology, or FMCG sectors.
    Years Of Experience: 4 years
