Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee the organization's accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations, strengthen internal controls, and provide financial insights that support effective business decisions and operational excellence.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely reporting.
  • Perform financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis and trend reporting.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
  • Stay current with regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting and finance.
