The Senior AI Engineer – Automation & Systems is responsible for designing, building, and implementing practical AI-driven automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization. This role transforms complex business challenges into intelligent, integrated systems by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, CX, HR, and Finance.
The position focuses on developing real-world automation workflows, integrating internal and external systems, and deploying applied AI use cases (including LLMs) that are adopted and used in daily operations. The Senior AI Engineer owns projects end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and defining scope to development, deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement.
This role plays a critical part in enabling the company’s growth by reducing manual processes, enhancing data flow, and building scalable infrastructure that supports fast, sustainable expansion.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Work directly with teams (Operations, Marketing, CX, HR, Finance) to understand real bottlenecks and opportunities.
Design and build automation workflows (n8n, APIs, integrations).
Implement practical AI use cases using GPT/LLMs.
Connect systems (Shopify, internal tools, databases) to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
Own projects end-to-end — from scoping to deployment and iteration.
