Job Purpose:

Design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems that power reliable and high-performance applications. This role is responsible for developing robust Laravel/PHP services, driving technical excellence through clean architecture and best practices, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and mentoring developers to deliver secure, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Laravel/PHP.
  • Architect database schemas and optimize Eloquent queries.
  • Build queues, jobs, events, and scheduled tasks for asynchronous processing.
  • Write clean, well-tested code following SOLID principles.
  • Review pull requests and help maintain consistent coding and architectural standards.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
  • Collaborate with Frontend, Product, and DevOps teams to ship features.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers.
