The Software Solutions Architect leads the end-to-end design of scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions for the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Claims Management platform. This role translates business, product, regulatory, and technical requirements into robust blueprints spanning backend services, cloud-native infrastructure, data engineering, and AI/ML enablement. Serving as a technical governor, they ensure all platforms achieve high availability, modern interoperability, and strict adherence to regional healthcare compliance frameworks.

End-to-End Solution Design: Architect comprehensive workflows for healthcare RCM, claims adjudication, eligibility checking, prior authorization, denial management, and payment posting.
Blueprint Translation: Convert high-level business and product requirements into scalable technical designs, architecture blueprints, and formal Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
Pattern Definition: Standardize architectural patterns for microservices, RESTful APIs, integration layers, message queues, and end-to-end system observability.
Healthcare Interoperability Integration: Align system data flows with industry standards including FHIR R4, HL7, and medical coding systems like ICD-10, CPT, and ACHI.
Gateway Connectivity Strategy: Support robust backend integration with regional healthcare networks such as the NAPHIES platform, payer APIs, and insurance networks.
Backend & Data Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams on Java Spring Boot services, asynchronous workflows, and PostgreSQL database schema optimization.
AI/ML & Data Engineering Support: Define data synchronization patterns across relational databases, data warehouses, and vector databases to support RAG pipelines.
Cloud & DevOps Optimization: Collaborate with DevOps to design cloud-native deployment models leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Security & Compliance Governance: Embed rigorous security controls including encryption, IAM, RBAC, tenant isolation, and audit logging to comply with UAE MOH ICT - PDPL and HIPAA.
Architecture Review Board Leadership: Facilitate architecture review boards to evaluate major initiatives, mitigate technical risks, and guide cross-functional teams.
