The Syrian Kuwaiti Insurance Company (Public Joint Stock Company) was established as a public shareholding company on 6 February 2006. The Company was listed on the Damascus Securities Exchange on 13 May 2012, and its shares are currently traded on the Regular Market. As of the end of 2023, the Company underwent a strategic transformation in its ownership structure, whereby CHO Advisory SAL became the largest shareholder. This change marked the launch of a new and ambitious vision, built on strategic partnerships within the financial and banking sectors, and paving the way for a phase of sustainable growth and well-planned expansion.
