ملخص الوظيفة

The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions that enhance DAWMT's HR Technology platform and business operations. The role focuses on leveraging Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) technologies to build intelligent, scalable, and secure AI-powered applications.

- المسؤوليات:


  • MCP server: build a Model Context Protocol layer so our platform's data and actions are accessible to any AI interface natively.
  • AI integrations: connect LLMs to real platform functionality (leave requests, org data, payroll actions, reporting).
  • RAG & context: help users get accurate, contextual answers from our data without hallucination or guesswork.
  • AI-native patterns: work with backend and frontend teams to build in ways that are LLM-friendly — structured outputs, tool use, agent-ready APIs.
  • Internal tooling: ship AI-powered tools for HR teams and leadership: summaries, dashboards, automations, assistants.
