Job Purpose:

Wazifni announces the following vacancy as part of its recruitment services on behalf of a leading global company in the field of medical software solutions: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical guidance and oversight, ensuring the team adheres to best practices in Java Spring Boot development.
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges
  • Implement and maintain agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure proper documentation of code, architecture, and development processes.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing of software products.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, to ensure smooth software delivery and deployment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

  • Education Degree: Bachelor
  • Education Specification: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
