The CRM Executive is responsible for managing, optimizing, and executing customer relationship management activities to support customer retention, loyalty, and engagement. This role ensures accurate data management, assists with customer segmentation, supports personalized communication strategies, and provides insights that drive improved customer experience and business performance.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data within the CRM system while ensuring accuracy and compliance with data governance standards.
Support customer segmentation and prepare targeted audiences for marketing campaigns and loyalty initiatives.
Execute and monitor CRM campaigns including email, SMS, and automated customer communication workflows.
Generate CRM performance reports and analyze customer engagement, retention, and loyalty metrics.
Support customer journey improvements and assist in managing loyalty programs and member communications.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM activities with business goals.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of customer data in compliance with company policies and privacy regulations.
