The ICT Project Manager is responsible for leading the end to end delivery of networking, Wi Fi, CCTV, and PBX projects by conducting technical assessments, developing project designs, and managing implementation activities to ensure high quality, on time, and customer focused outcomes. The role oversees engineering teams, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures all work meets technical standards, safety requirements, and documentation governance. Through effective planning, leadership, and communication, the ICT Project Manager ensures successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Conduct site surveys, requirements gathering, and technical assessments for networking, Wi Fi, CCTV, and PBX projects.
Develop project scopes, designs, BOQs, timelines, and implementation plans.
Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs before project kickoff.
Lead the full lifecycle of ICT projects: design → implementation → testing → commissioning → handover.

Supervise installation, configuration, and integration of network devices, access points, surveillance systems, and PBX solutions.
Ensure all work meets technical standards, quality benchmarks, and customer requirements.
Manage change requests, technical issues, and on site challenges proactively
Prepare all pre work documentation (designs, plans, BOQs, risk assessments).
Maintain during work documentation (progress logs, change logs, daily reports)
Deliver post work documentation (as built drawings, test reports, handover files).
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal governance.
Lead and coordinate engineers and technicians during all project phases.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure proper resource utilization.
Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Support training, knowledge sharing, and team development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project.
Communicate project steps, timelines, risks, and progress clearly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, R&D, Sales) to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
