To design, implement, manage, and optimize the company’s IP Telephony and Unified Communications infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and seamless integration across SIP trunks, GSM gateways, analog/FXO/FXS interfaces, and ISDN lines. The role supports both internal operations and client projects, acting as the technical authority for all voice-related solutions.

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain IP-PBX platforms such as Grandstream, Asterisk-based systems, 3CX, Yeastar, Cisco, and Avaya.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot VoIP endpoints, softphones, and call routing configurations to ensure reliable communication services.
Manage and optimize SIP-based communication systems, including SIP signaling, SDP, RTP, NAT traversal, codecs, and QoS mechanisms.
Implement and integrate Unified Communication solutions, including voice, video, messaging, conferencing, and collaboration tools.
Configure and maintain SIP trunks, GSM-SIP gateways, analog-SIP gateways, and telephony interfaces including FXO/FXS and ISDN BRI/PRI lines.
Ensure proper network configuration for voice services, including VLANs, QoS policies, firewall rules, NAT, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
Monitor and optimize voice quality and reliability across LAN and WAN environments.
Lead the deployment and implementation of IP telephony solutions for client projects.
Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and implementation plans for voice infrastructure.
Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for complex or escalated telephony and VoIP issues.
