Job Purpose:

Wonder is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide reliable day-to-day technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of computers, software, and workplace technology. The role is responsible for identifying and resolving basic technical issues, supporting users effectively, and following up on support requests until they are fully resolved.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Provide daily technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and basic connectivity issues.
  • Prepare computers, user accounts, and required tools for new employees, including installing and updating operating systems and workplace software.
  • Receive, prioritize, document, and follow up on technical support requests until they are fully resolved.
  • Maintain accurate records of company devices, equipment status, and assigned users, and coordinate external technical support when required.
  • Follow information security procedures, protect company data and employee accounts, and provide employees with simple guidance on workplace tools and common technical issues.
