Provide support and guidance to merchants in using the company's electronic payment platforms and help solve technical and operational problems.
Follow up on the latest developments in the electronic payment and e-commerce industry and competitors' activities and review all decisions related to electronic payment, and apply them in the company's strategies.
Communicate with current and potential merchants and submit proposals and presentations about the company's services and products.
Keep up to date with merchants' information on products, offers and services in order to increase sales.
Manage commercial contracts and agreements and ensure that they are properly implemented according to the specified standards and policies.
