Monitor network alarms, manage incidents and trouble tickets, troubleshoot network faults, and support timely issue resolution.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Monitor network alarms and report incidents.
Create trouble tickets and follow up until resolution.
Troubleshoot IP and DWDM network issues.
Escalate unresolved problems to the support team.
Prepare fault and incident reports.
