Job Purpose:

Design and continuously improve data-informed digital product experiences by translating user behavior, research insights, business objectives, and product KPIs into intuitive, effective, and scalable e-commerce solutions. The role owns the design process from discovery and user journeys through prototyping, validation, design-system development, and developer handoff.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Design and improve mobile e-commerce experiences, including new features, enhancements, and full product revamps.
  • Map user journeys and create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
  • Build, maintain, document, and continuously improve the product Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Design dashboards and data-rich interfaces that present complex information clearly and support effective decision-making.
  • Use Google Analytics, conversion funnels, drop-off points, retention indicators, and other product data to guide design decisions.
  • Analyze heatmaps and session recordings through tools such as UXCam, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity to identify usability issues and behavioral patterns.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing, synthesize findings, and contribute to A/B testing and iterative product optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and business stakeholders to align user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives.
  • Prepare clear design documentation, specifications, and organized developer handoffs, and support implementation quality assurance.

  • 2 years in Product Design , 2 years in Interaction Design , 2 years in User Experience Design , 2 years in Graphic Design and 2 years in Human–Computer Interaction .
