Job Purpose:

Lead the end-to-end design process for customer-facing mobile applications and internal web-based dashboards, transforming complex business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Lead the complete UI/UX design lifecycle for mobile applications (iOS & Android) and web dashboards.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Maintain, expand, and enforce a scalable design system in Figma using reusable components, variables, styles, and auto-layout.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
  • Conduct UX audits, gather user feedback, and continuously improve product usability and customer experience.
  • Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and user journeys before development.
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and design quality across all digital products.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, naming conventions, and best practices within design files.
