The Restaurant Excellence Manager is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing restaurant partners while driving operational excellence and business growth. The role focuses on improving restaurant performance, increasing GMV and order volume, optimizing operational KPIs, and building strong long-term relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will combine account management, operational oversight, data analysis, and growth strategy execution to ensure restaurants achieve high performance and service quality on the platform.

Identify and acquire new restaurant partners across Damascus and other regions.
Lead restaurant onboarding, menu setup, and activation processes.
Ensure smooth handover from Sales teams to Account Managers.
Manage restaurant portfolios and oversee overall partner performance.
Drive GMV growth, increase order volume, and improve conversion rates.
Identify underperforming partners and execute operational improvement plans.
Support promotional campaigns and restaurant growth initiatives.
Monitor operational KPIs including acceptance rates, preparation times, and cancellations.
Ensure menu accuracy, availability, and service quality standards.
Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and stakeholders.
Conduct regular performance reviews and business check-ins.
Analyze dashboards and performance reports to provide actionable recommendations.
Share competitor insights and market trends with management teams.
