Job Purpose:

Responsible for selling passenger cars and light commercial vehicles to walk-in customers and small business clients. Ensures a smooth customer journey from first contact to final delivery, including test drives, quotations, and follow-up.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Handle all inbound leads and showroom visits
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets including volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Conduct needs analysis, vehicle demonstrations, and upselling.
  • Manage the end-to-end vehicle sale process including documentation.
  • Act as the brand representative and uphold brand image and standards.
  • Customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Maintain CRM records, ensure follow-ups and customer satisfaction post-sale.
