Senior IT & Network Engineer — Lead and maintain YallaGo’s on‑site IT infrastructure and networks; ensure availability, security, and performance; troubleshoot systems; manage user access and devices; mentor junior IT staff.

- المسؤوليات:

Lead and manage IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and internal technical operations
Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize servers, networks, connectivity, and internal IT services.
Manage and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, access points, and network security tools.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security across the company’s IT environment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and access controls.
Implement backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and security best practices.
Oversee office IT equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, and IP phones.
Handle complex technical escalations and provide advanced user support.
Mentor junior IT team members and contribute to process and infrastructure improvements.
Collaborate with departments to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
