Tele sales Representative (SDR) serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, delivering professional customer support while identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities. This role manages customer inquiries, generates and follows up on leads, maintains accurate CRM records, and coordinates qualified appointments for the sales team to support revenue growth and ensure an excellent customer experience.
